Donnarumma is a trio from Adelaide, South Australia led by singer/songwriter Louis Donnarumma.
Biography
Founded together in early 2016, Donnarumma bring together folk instruments with a rock presence and style, influenced by the likes of Jeff Buckley and Nina Simone. Throughout the year the group performed often in Adelaide, sharing the stage with interstate acts such as Julia Jacklin and Imogen Clark, touring the Australian east coast supporting MANE and showcasing locally at the Semaphore Music festival, Fleurieu Folk Festival, Umbrella Festival and Vegan Festival. They also undertook support slots for the likes of The Black Sorrows and Phil Jamieson (Grinspoon) during 2016. Their debut E.P Billy Billy was released on June 30th, 2017.
